Heart’s Reserve List.

May 14th, 2010 by Jeff Segal

Drinking old wine is kind of like playing roulette.  Quite often, you’re going to be utterly disappointed (although not all that surprised).  Sometimes, you’ll encounter fleeting enjoyment.  And once in a rare while, you’ll find absolute true happiness (at least if you play roulette like I do, where I bet everything on red or black).  And it’s always worth it.

With that said, we at Heart have an oft-rotating little Reserve List for the risk-takers and the hedonists out there.  Here is our latest version.

P.S. – All these wines have been cellared perfectly, so it’s basically like playing roulette without ’0′ or ’00′.

Irregular beats.
